Our Trip to Khao Sok National Park will give you the opportunity to view lakes, waterfalls and jungle life, literally in the middle of nowhere.
Khao Sok Bird List
Khao Sok National Park, located on the huge Rajaprabha Dam, is host to many species of bird and animal life. Only 3 hours north of Phuket, Khao Sok is accessible throughout the year. Rare and migratory birds can be viewed from the water in their natural forest habitats and around limestone karst cliffs.
Itinerary
Day 1: Khao Sok National Park.
Air port pick-up to Khaosok. (Phuket or Suratthani Air port)
Arrive at Khaosok check into Bungalows./ Lunch.
Start the afternoon bird watching program, explore White-crowned Hornbill, Hooded Pitta, Red-throated Sunbird, Plain Sunbird, Purple-naped Sunbird, Banbed Kingfisher, Black-backed Kingfisher, Green Broadbill, Maroon Woodpecker and other birds.
Return back to Bungalows for Dinner
Overnight at: Bungalows near the Park.
Meals: L/D
Day 2: Khao Sok National Park.
06:00 Breakfast/Early morning explore for Hornbill birds and other species.
12:00 Lunch.
13:00 Transfer to Rajaprabha Dam.
Arrive at Ratchaprapha Dam/Check into Bungalows.
Meals: B/L/D
Day 3: Khao Sok National Park (Rajaprabha Dam)
06:00 Breakfast/Start bird watching program,explore Great, Busy-crested, Helmeted, Black, White-crowned,Oriental Pied Hornbill and many other species.
12:00 Lunch
14:00 Continue to second program.
Day3 afternoon transfer back to your Hotel in Phuket or Air-port/End of the Trip.
